I saw your Louis Mueller comment about being on Atkins and losing 40 pounds. Did you keep the 40 pounds off? Do you recommend the Atkins for someone trying to lose weight and can't lose it? I live 25 minutes from Louis Mueller's and it is the best bbq.

I guess the diet worked…giving up beer helped a lot! But I don't think it is healthy. A more healthy variation is the Zone diet which is more sensible and uses some of the same concepts of avoiding less dense carbs. Check it out. I don't think LM is a good way to loose weight!!!!
